I’m sure you would agree that nothing is perfect in this world. Well, our auto warranty for older vehicles isn’t perfect, but this post isn’t about its blemishes its actually about something bigger….something that’s a troublesome problem in our industry.

It’s painful listening to customers who purchased auto warranties from unreputable firms; firms no longer in business or were downright scams. I don’t like to hear how hard working people are ripped off so I decided one of my goals with this blog was to improve our transparency.

We want our customers to be delighted with us and we want people considering our product to be comfortable knowing we work diligently to provide as much information about our products, service and company. Much like President Obama’s campaign promise for government transparency, I too believe we need to become more transparent and I pledge to do so.
